SETTING UP YOUR
ELF SHELF STORE

Setting up your Elf Shelf Holiday Shop can be accomplished in an organized manner.

Don't be intimidated by the boxes delivered by your friendly UPS drivier.  Your Elf Shelf Holiday Shop is packaged in multiple boxes weighing approximately twenty pounds each.  A school with 350 students can expect to receive about seven boxes of gift items and one box of supplies.  Another box of promotional items is also sent.  Schools with more students may receive more boxes depending on their needs.

Your Elf Shelf® gifts come packaged in alphabetically labeled boxes to aid in easy set up. 

1. Before unpacking, simply put your boxes in alphabetical order. 
2. Box A will contain the lowest priced items and box E will contain mostly the higher priced items. 
3. When setting up you tables, place all of the PC#1 items in the same area and display a price tent that you have labeled with the price you have chosen to sell all of your PC#1 items for. 
4. Next place all of your PC#2 items in an area and mark those with a price tent...and so on. 
5. Then all your cashier needs is one price list to know the prices of all of the merchandise. 
6. For example, all PC #1 cost 30¢, all PC #2 items cost 75¢ and so on.

As long as you stay with one level of profit for everything you sell, WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO TAKE BEGINNING OR ENDING INVENTORY. This will save you hours of valuable volunteer time and makes closing out your store simple and smooth.
